Magic for the children, and for the grown-ups

David is a London magician and a member of The Magic Circle. He has been performing professionally for more than 20 years, and he does two quite different kinds of show.

For children, he runs a complete party show. It is modern and lively, and it is built around the children taking part: magic, dressing up, prizes and balloon models. It suits ages 4 to 8 best, and the adults are encouraged to join in too.

For adults, he performs close-up magic, either at the tables or moving among guests as they stand and chat. Coins burst into flames, cards float in the air, banknotes appear and thoughts are read, a few inches from the people watching. He has worked as a resident magician in London restaurants and bars, and he is as comfortable with one small group as with a room of more than 500.

That mix is useful at a family party. David can run the children’s show first, then change pace and work his way around the adults for the rest of the event.

Where he performs

David is based in south-west London and performs across London and Surrey. He has worked further afield too, including Brighton. If your venue is outside that area, ask anyway.
