A proper all-round entertainer

Showtime Magic is a comedy magician based in Warwickshire with more than 35 years of performing behind him, from cruise ships and ferries to theatres, holiday parks, town centres and family parties.

His style is big, warm and very funny. Expect daft faces, quick one-liners and magic that keeps the whole room involved, whether that is a hall full of five year olds or an adult cabaret audience. He is an award-winning stage magician and a member of Equity, and he once performed at a garden party at Buckingham Palace held for the Prince’s Trust.

He can perform close-up magic among your guests, put on a comedy cabaret spot, run a full children’s show, host the event, or turn up on stilts as a ringmaster or Christmas elf. Balloon modelling and plate spinning are part of the fun too, so he is a natural fit for fun days, fetes, Christmas events and lantern parades as well as private parties.

Comedian Jimmy Cricket, after sharing a theatre bill with him, called his bowling ball routine “amazing” and said he would be an asset to any show.

What people say

“Showtime Magic was indeed magic! He won over a difficult audience of 7 and 8 year olds with his wit, humour and mind-boggling tricks. He also went over and above on balloon modelling, constructing poodles, crowns, swords and bazookas galore! Absolute gent, very entertaining and worth his weight in gold!”

★★★★★

“Showtime Magic was brilliant! Helpful and prompt on communications beforehand, turned up in plenty of time and absolutely marvellous with the children (and adults!), engaging even the most shy children. There was much laughter, giggles and hilarity amongst the 18 or so kids and their parents, and we didn’t have any tears or flat moments. We would very highly recommend him!”

Ruth R. - birthday party
★★★★★

“Showtime Magic came to my daughter’s party with his magic balloon sculpting hands! Absolutely fantastic with the children - non-stop balloon sculpting and a never-ending balloon supply. The children absolutely loved him. Couldn’t recommend enough!”
